Ollie's ongoing mentorship programs support the flourishing of mindful loving presence. Increasingly, this will become your default way of being, deepening over time.
Anchor your awareness, deepen your roots
In small groups, and with the option of 1:1 guidance, we will practice meeting life's challenges with mindfulness, to integrate loving presence into your daily life.
Session by session, we will cultivate the inner and outer conditions, the habits, attitudes, and relationships, which open the doorway to deeper awareness.

Hello!

Trained by eminent teachers Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, I am certified as a mindfulness & meditation teacher by the University of California, Berkeley. I have been a committed meditator for over twenty years.

Mentee Requirements
In order to establish trusting, supportive relationships and an aligned orientation to mindfulness, before joining a mentor group all mentees must:
-
Complete Ollie’s Intro to Mindfulness Short Course
-
Commit to maintain a daily formal meditation practice, to the best of your ability
-
Commit to these communication agreements
What if I don’t get on with my group? Can I change?
Yes. If you decide that your group is not a good fit, let Ollie know asap. I will talk with you about why you feel it’s not a good fit, what you feel you need to continue with mentorship, and how best to proceed. If we agree that changing groups is the best way forward, I will support you to change groups right away.
It can be disruptive for both you and others to change groups, so please discuss with me at the earliest opportunity if you have any concerns or issues with your mentor group, so we can find the best solution.
